Marriage Lessons

Me:  “How was your day at school today Buddy?”

My Son: “Alice said when I get older she’s going to marry me.”

Me:  “That’s so cool! You do know when you get married she gets half of all your toys right?”

My Son: “What?”

Me:  “Yep….she’ll take all your favourites. Soon your robots will be attending tea parties and Godzilla will be in a Barbie dress.”

My Son: “No way!”

Me:  “Oh…and you won’t be able to see your friends anymore…and instead of cartoons on Saturday mornings you get to work in the yard…just like Daddy!”

My Son: “MOMMY!”
